Together we talk about our experiences of overcoming adversity such as childhood trauma, abuse and unhealthy relationships to share insights and tools to help us evolve. Keeley regularly features radio stations, works with various celebrities, is an author and runs a variety of programmes. Her work focuses on those of us who struggle as empaths/narcissists and/or constantly find ourselves in those rollercoaster relationships!
On this episode, Keeley shares her experience of going from working full time in IKEA to running her own psychotherapy practice and business - Key For Changes. Additionally, she talks openly and vulnerably about her own experience of an abusive relationship and how she has overcome this.
